This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it when you use myglobaljob, operated by Evolution Ltd.
1. Information we collect
Browsing myglobaljob is free and does not require an account. The information we collect depends on the features you choose to use: when you subscribe to the newsletter we collect your email address; when you create an account we collect your email address and name, and optionally a phone number; when you purchase our "We Apply For You" service we collect your resume/CV and your order details; and when you submit a job listing we collect the information you provide about that opportunity. We never collect or store your full card number — card payments are handled securely by Stripe.
2. Accounts and profiles
To use features such as posting a job, buying an application package, or tracking your applications, you may create an account. Your profile stores the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and optional phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information accurate and current.
3. Newsletter data
If you subscribe, we store your email address solely to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will stop sending you emails and remove your information from our mailing list on request.
4. CV and application data
When you purchase our "We Apply For You" service, you upload your resume (PDF, DOCX or TXT, maximum 5 MB) so our team can apply to matching jobs on your behalf. Your resume is stored privately, accessed only by the team that processes your applications, and is used solely for that purpose. You can request deletion of your resume at any time; deleting it may affect our ability to continue applying on your behalf.
5. Payment data
When you purchase a package, payment is processed by Stripe, a secure payment provider. We store your order details (package selected, amount, currency, date, and order reference) to manage your subscription and its progress. We do not see or store your card number, card security code, or other card details.
6. Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand how visitors use the Site. Where possible these tools anonymize data and are used only to improve our service.
7. How we use your data
We use collected data to deliver our newsletter, operate accounts and job submissions, process your application service and orders, improve the Site, respond to your enquiries, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
8. Data sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Site and are bound by confidentiality, such as Stripe for processing payments. When you use our "We Apply For You" service, parts of your resume and contact details are submitted to employers as part of applying on your behalf — this is the purpose of the service and only happens where a job is being applied to for you.
9. Data security and retention
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Job submissions are reviewed before publication. We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations, and we delete it on request where we are not required to keep it.
10. Cookies
Our Site may use cookies and similar technologies to improve functionality and user experience. We also use Google AdSense — an advertising service provided by Google LLC — and Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies (including DoubleClick/DART cookies) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
