Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of software-enabled capabilities within our H-Series portfolio and help shape the next generation of INVISIO's Tactical Hub solutions. You will turn customer needs, market opportunities and technical possibilities into digital offerings and service-based products that create real operational value.

About the role

As Senior Product Manager for our Tactical Hubs, you will own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle from opportunity identification to launch and ongoing development.

Working closely with customers and colleagues across Engineering, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Operations and Project Management, you will translate insights, opportunities and technical possibilities into products and capabilities for both today's and tomorrow's needs.

The role combines strategic product management with a strong technical and commercial perspective. You should be comfortable with complex technology and able to bring different perspectives together to make sound product decisions.

The initial focus will be software and system integration requirements, while ensuring these capabilities connect to the wider portfolio across hardware and firmware.

Your key responsibilities

• Define and drive the H-Series vision, strategy and roadmap, including cross-functional collaboration on development, positioning, launches and future opportunities.
• Manage products from concept and development to launch, evolution and end-of-life.
• Commercialize software-enabled capabilities, digital offerings, and future service-based products.
• Develop software product practices, including packaging, licensing, feature enablement, and lifecycle management.
• Support integrations with radios, computing devices, sensors, power systems, headsets, and third-party solutions.
• Collaborate with software teams on user value, feature priorities, and release strategies.

About you

You can combine a strong product mindset with commercial understanding and an interest in complex technology. You enjoy taking ownership, bringing people together, and turning opportunities and ideas into clear priorities and actions.

You likely bring:

• 5+ years of experience within Product Management, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, System Integration or a similar role.
• Experience with complex products combining hardware, software, embedded systems, or external integrations.
• Experience with software products, digital services, and software-based business models.
• Strong commercial understanding and the ability to balance customer needs, technical considerations, and business priorities.
• A proactive and independent approach with the ability to take ownership and move initiatives forward.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience from defense, public safety, aerospace, communications, industrial technology or other mission-critical environments is also valuable.
