Join us in this role where you'll drive high-impact strategic projects across Ørsted's business, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organisation. You'll combine rigorous analysis, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement to develop recommendations that influence strategic decisions and help position Ørsted for long-term success in a rapidly evolving energy landscape.
Welcome to Strategy Execution and Transformation
You'll be part of the Strategic Projects team where you, together with your colleagues, will work as an in-house consulting team delivering strategic projects across Ørsted. The team partners with senior stakeholders across business units and functions to solve complex challenges, identify opportunities, and support the execution of strategic priorities. You'll work across a broad range of topics, providing insights and recommendations that shape important decisions for the organisation. As a team, we combine analytical excellence with a collaborative mindset, supporting each other to create meaningful impact while developing our own capabilities.
You'll play an important role in:
supporting and driving complex strategic projects from scoping through recommendation and implementation.
analysing quantitative and qualitative information from internal and external sources, translating findings into clear insights and recommendations.
developing structured problem-solving approaches, business cases, and executive-level storylines that inform strategic decisions.
identifying strategic opportunities and challenges across the organisation and shaping project hypotheses and workplans.
engaging and collaborating with stakeholders across functions, business units, and senior leadership teams to drive alignment and project outcomes.
preparing high-quality presentations, decision materials, and recommendations for senior management and governance forums.
To succeed in the role, you:
have experience from a top-tier management consulting firm, strategy function, infrastructure investing, investment banking, or a similarly analytical environment.
have strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to turn complex information into actionable insights.
communicate complex topics clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
are skilled at building relationships and working effectively with stakeholders across different functions and organisational levels.
demonstrate curiosity, personal drive, and a structured approach to solving challenging business problems.
hold a degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

**Position salary range:
**For this position, the expected base pay range is kr63,200.00- kr94,800.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
