Available operating grant for physiotherapist

Gloppen municipality has a 50% operating subsidy available for private practicing physiotherapists. The operating subsidy is linked to the Firda physical medical centre.

As the holder of the operating grant, you provide health-promoting and rehabilitative physiotherapy services to the municipality's residents, in collaboration with other physiotherapists in the municipality. The physiotherapists offer services at the bottom of the Insatstrappa as part of a future-oriented health service.

Work tasks

Provide health-promoting and rehabilitative physiotherapy services to the municipality's residents

Run independent practice in line with applicable laws, regulations, ASA 4313 and municipal guidelines

Participate in professional meeting arenas and development work

Contribute to good collaboration with other physiotherapists, municipal health services and GPs

Participate in ensuring a comprehensive and accessible physiotherapy offer in the municipality

Qualifications

Requirement for Norwegian authorization as a physiotherapist. State the HPR number in the application.

Master's degree as a manual therapist.

Experience from private practice and/or municipal physiotherapy services.

Preferably with ultrasound expertise.

Awarding takes place in accordance with regulations on quality in municipal physiotherapy services and ASA 4313. Criteria such as professional competence, experience, personal qualities and the municipality's needs are emphasized.

Privately practicing physiotherapists with municipal operating subsidy are part of the health and care services in the municipality and are obliged to carry out their activities in close cooperation with the municipality and other health personnel when it comes to target group, prioritization and treatment offer. The practice must be run in accordance with the Act on health and care services, regulations on functional and quality requirements for physiotherapists with a municipal operating agreement and the contract authority is regulated by ASA 4313 as it currently stands.

Diplomas and certificates must not be sent, but taken with them at any interview

Approved police certificate according to home in the Health and Care Services Act § 5-4 must be submitted before taking up the position.
