Heldøgnsomsorg 1 in Asker municipality provides services to residents with various needs in areas such as somatics, dementia, geriatric psychiatry, rehabilitation and immediate help. Søndre Borgen Helsehus is part of the business and consists of two departments distributed over two buildings with short-term, rehabilitation and KAD places.
With us, you work in multidisciplinary teams together with nurses, healthcare professionals, nursing staff, therapists and doctors. Our patients need close follow-up, treatment and good care in an important phase of the patient's course.
 

 

 

Job tasks

• Responsibility for providing holistic care and nursing.
  
• Mapping the patient's needs, implementing and evaluating measures.
  
• Ensuring that the patient feels safe, is valued and treated with respect. 
  
• Ensure that daily tasks in the department are taken care of.
  
• Collaborate with relatives. 
  
• Collaborate with other staff at the department.
  
• Documentation and preparation of action plans in Gerica.

Qualifications

• Educated healthcare worker with Norwegian authorization. HPR number is registered in the CV.
  
• Experience from a short-term institution, home care or hospital will be emphasized.
  
• Confidential with the use of relevant IT tools -
• Certificates and certificates of service are entered into webcruiters when applying.
  
• Knowledge of legislation for the service area.
  
• Good oral and written Norwegian skills.
