Start as a system mechanic SHK / gas and water installer / heating and ventilation engineer (f/m/d) in the residential service in Cologne - with up to 30 € per hour!

As a HVAC professional, you don't just want to hide pipes, you want to ensure that apartments and houses in Cologne are reliably supplied with water, heat and comfort and get paid really well for it?

In this position you will work in residential environments and in private households and, depending on your experience, you can earn up to €30 per hour - fair, transparent and appreciative.

These are your tasks:

* You are responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of: drinking water and wastewater pipes

* Sanitary facilities (toilet, washbasins, fittings, showers, bathtubs)

* simple heating and SHK components in the living area

* You carry out assembly and replacement work in existing buildings, e.g. B.: Renewal of fittings, sanitary objects and small materials

* Adaptation work after modifications or reports of defects

* You assess damage and find practical, professional solutions that suit the conditions in apartments and bathrooms.

* You work in occupied apartments and houses - clean, considerate and in professional contact with tenants.

* You document your orders briefly and comprehensibly for scheduling and the team.

This is what we want from you:

* Completed training as a HVAC system mechanic, gas and water installer, plumbing and heating engineer or a comparable qualification

* Professional experience in plumbing and heating technology, in HVAC service, in maintenance or apartment modernization

* Safe handling of the relevant standards and hygiene rules

* Independent and structured way of working - making decisions on site and solving tasks in a technically sensible manner

* Enjoy working in private households and residential complexes and have a professional demeanor towards residents

* Good knowledge of German so that orders can be coordinated and documented properly

* Class B driving license for flexible use in day-to-day business
