To support our team in the structural engineering department, we are looking for you as a civil engineer (f/m/d) building management as soon as possible.

Your tasks include in particular:

* Creation of drafts to eliminate defects in structural engineering structures

* Tendering and awarding of measures to eliminate defects in civil engineering structures

* Construction supervision and contract processing of maintenance and repair measures on engineering structures

* Support in quality assurance of building inspections

This is what you should bring with you:

* Completed university studies as a civil engineer (Bachelor/Diplom-FH) with a focus on structural engineering or comparable qualification

* Expertise in HOAI project work in service phases 1 - 9

* Expertise in procurement law (procurement and contract regulations VOB and HOAI)

* Expertise in the relevant technical regulations for structural engineering

* Skills and knowledge in specialist data processing

* Fluent German language skills

That would be desirable:

* Professional experience in the field of civil engineering or building construction

* Confident use of MS Office

The selection is made by a commission.

Pay group: E11

Remuneration is based on the pay group mentioned above. The individual determination of the fee level is based on the specifications of the MTV-Autobahn.
