WHAT YOU CONTRIBUTE

You advise customers with passion and expertise and find the right skincare, make-up and fragrance products for their individual needs

You create inspiring shopping experiences and ensure that every customer feels welcome, understood and valued

Through authentic and needs-oriented advice, you will achieve sales and service goals and build long-term customer relationships

You inspire customers across the entire DOUGLAS world - from the Beauty Card to the app to our omnichannel services such as Click & Collect

Attractive presentation of your own beauty area as well as the care of testers, product presentation and implementation of visual merchandising measures are also part of your area of responsibility

You will continually develop your beauty know-how and always stay up to date on new products, brands and current trends
