WHAT YOU CONTRIBUTE

* You advise customers with passion and expertise and find the right skincare, make-up and fragrance products for their individual needs

* You create inspiring shopping experiences and ensure that every customer feels welcome, understood and valued

* Through authentic and needs-oriented advice, you will achieve sales and service goals and build long-term customer relationships

* You inspire customers across the entire DOUGLAS world - from the Beauty Card to the app to our omnichannel services such as Click & Collect

* Attractive presentation of your own beauty area as well as the care of testers, product presentation and implementation of visual merchandising measures are also part of your area of responsibility

* You will continually develop your beauty know-how and always stay up to date on new products, brands and current trends
