We are looking for our client player in the Winder industry (F/M) to start as soon as possible.

The pace of work for this mission will be during the day or 2/8

Reporting directly to the warehouse manager, you will carry out the following tasks:

Prepare the mold and the material: install the inner mold on the winding tower.

-Check that the mesh protrudes correctly and align the beam at the bottom of the mold.

-Position the strip in the optimal location.

-Choose the type of winding to make.

-Adjust the winding tensions (low tension, etc.).

-Initialize the loading by indicating the number of the winding sheet.

-Position the foils (metal strips) in the axis of the mold.

-Start the automatic winding cycle at low voltage.

-Weld the wafer series foil and check the quality of the welding.

-Repeat the operation for the second series setting, folding it correctly.

-Check the conformity and appearance of the first cake.

-Position the foil correctly on the cake.

-Continue winding until it stops at the last terminal.

-You have the CACES overhead crane

-You have first experience in the industrial field

-You know the safety rules

-You are able to work on a physical workstation
