BPA and function assistant wanted: Permanent 15% position and 70% temporary

Who will you be working with?

I am a 39-year-old woman looking for new assistants. Although we will spend a lot of time together and get to know each other well, I am keen to establish a professional relationship based on good communication, where we become confident in each other and in giving and receiving feedback.

For me, the most important thing is that we have good chemistry! If you like music, cooking healthy and good food, an active lifestyle, have a sense of humour, like reading, TV series and travelling, there is a good chance that we will find the tone. It is natural to have good chemistry with others of the same age, but I have had good assistants who have been both younger and older than me.

Who are you?

The assistant profession may resemble a health and care profession, but as my assistant you will primarily work in a service profession. You are well qualified if you have experience from professions such as a waiter, / shop assistant, from a hotel or similar.

I am looking for you who:

• Have a positive attitude, are energetic, reliable and keen to provide good service.

• Thrive with independent work and days where most things are done on the spur of the moment.

• Good at communication. In many situations, I need to give you quick and discreet messages.

• I speak Norwegian well.

As some of the tasks are of a personal nature, I only want female applicants.

It is not necessary to have either education or experience as BPA - you will get full training by explaining how I like things to be done.

How will your working day look like out?

In this position, you will be a combination of BPA (user-controlled personal assistant) in your free time and functional assistant when you are with me at work:

• In your free time and at home: You will join me on activities such as swimming, shopping, meetings with my book club, playing with my cousins, girlfriend evenings with good food and drink, as well a journey through and through.

• At work (Ullandhaug): I have an office job where I need help with food and personal needs, as well as practical things such as collecting printouts, getting the PC ready in the meeting room and doing my part in the kitchen service. While I do my job, you must be available, but you will have time for personal activities such as reading, studying, knitting, drawing, etc.

Position and working hours

We have the following vacancies from the end of August:

• Fixed BPA position of 15%: Work every 3rd weekend, and possibly more at needs.

• Temporary in a 70% position: Start from the end of August (duration is currently a bit uncertain).

Formal requirements and employment

• As you will function as both BPA and functional assistant, you will be employed by both Uloba and Humana.

• For the role of BPA, you are required to submit valid police certificate.
