This position is only available to “stable” specialists who can and want to lead. And are also prepared to take responsibility and lead by example.

The focus will be as a "collaborating" operations manager/hotel manager (m/f/d). You will also be closely involved in the further development of our Garni Hotel, which we took over in 2019, with 41 rooms.

For the exciting position, training as a hotel specialist (m/f/d), hotel business economist/hotel manager (m/f/d) or similar training is a prerequisite. But we also give convincing personalities who don't come from the industry or who want to take on a leadership role and practice a real chance. Because the size of the company is ideal for that! NOTE: “Growing in and practicing” requires taking notes and actively reworking your own notes during off-duty times.

Please ensure that you are actively involved in work activities. This means that you are actually working with us most of the time. Because afterwards you are the person who, for example, B. inspires and instructs new employees about breakfast. To do this, you need to be able to live it and demonstrate it. Because breakfast is e.g. B. one of THE mainstays in the Hotel Oronto.

We require spoken and written English. Also very good knowledge of general IT, e-mail, Internet, etc.

Of course, you should have the ability to work in an organized and structured manner. A good degree of self-organization using organizational software is necessary.
