Hægebostad municipality is looking for committed and professionally strong employees in permanent positions within the nursing and care service:
Eiken building and care centre
1 x 100% nursing position in a 2-part rotation
1 x 100% healthcare worker positions in a 2-part rotation
1 x 60% healthcare worker position at night
Up to 6 weekend positions, of which 2 are night shift positions
Home-based services
Up to 5 weekend positions, of which 2 are night shift positions with work every 4th weekend
The home service has an annual rotation with the possibility of long shifts and work every 4th weekend.
About the Services
Eiken building and care center includes:
department for people with dementia with 8 places
long-term ward with 8 places
1 KØH place (municipal emergency assistance)
Home-based services include:
2 zones with home nursing care for home residents
9 care homes
10 HDO (round-the-clock care homes)
In addition, the service includes:
short-term department with 4 places
In total, the service amounts to approx. 50 man-years. Nursing homes and home care work closely together to provide comprehensive and good services.
Work tasks
Rotary work in the nursing and care service
Provide holistic care, care and follow-up to users/patients
Contribute to ensure users' self-management and independence
Collaboration with colleagues and other professional groups
Qualifications
Authorization as a nurse or healthcare worker/care worker/assistant nurse
Nursing students/nursing students in education
Applicants with other relevant professional education and/or experience will be considered if no qualified applicants apply
Class B driver's license is required for positions in home care
Good knowledge of Norwegian, both oral and written
Personal characteristics
Good collaboration skills and ability to work independently
Flexible and solution-oriented
Contributes to a good working environment
Interest in welfare technology and development of the services
Personal suitability will be emphasized
