We are a developing chain, which is why we are now looking for a dedicated store employee who is passionate about sales and good customer experiences. With us, you get a varied working day where you help customers find the right products, contribute to an inspiring store environment and help create good results together with the team.

As a store employee in Bjørklund, you are an important part of the store's everyday life and the outward face of our customers. Your most important task is to create good customer experiences through personal service, professional guidance and commitment to sales. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to the store achieving its goals and always appearing inspiring and inviting.

You get close follow-up from the store manager, access to specialist knowledge from our jewelers and watchmakers, and the opportunity to attend courses from both internal subject experts and external suppliers. We want you to succeed - both as a seller and as an ambassador for Bjørklund.

We are looking for you who are positive, service minded and enjoy meeting people. You are motivated by sales, take initiative and work well with others. You like to learn, develop and contribute to a good working environment where both customers and colleagues thrive. The position is 20% and you must be able to work evenings, weekends and as needed.

Your most important tasks

give customers personal service and guidance

contribute to reaching the store's sales target

ensure that the store always appears tidy, inspiring and inviting

product replenishment, product placement and product handling

carry out daily shop routines

contribute to the implementation of campaigns and sales activities

collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive working environment

develop knowledge about products, brands and trends

have experience from a shop, sales or service

enjoys meeting people and creating good customer experiences

likes to work towards targets and contribute to the store's results

is independent and at the same time has good collaboration skills

is positive, aware of responsibility and takes initiative

has an interest in jewellery, watches, fashion and trends
