The position is available part-time (50%).

We are looking for a building technician/caretaker to maintain our hotel operations. They are used for general "housekeeping" things such as plumbing, electrical, gardening, maintenance, etc. Technical training would be an advantage but is not a requirement. You should at least have a higher level of craftsmanship experience or talent, and also have a “hand” for the garden. There must always be coordination for collaboration ("working hand-in-hand") with our other building technicians.

We are generally very “tech-heavy”. Many of our solutions are our own developments. As a rule, we almost always use “off-the-shelf solutions” to the maximum. Therefore, you should generally be able to work with us in a problem-oriented, straightforward manner up to 100% order fulfillment.

Your working hours can be between 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. or 2 p.m. - 7 p.m. Even earlier if necessary. Self-employed people are also welcome to come to us after 4/5 p.m.

Weekends and public holidays are all the same for us as a hotel company, which means that we can also work on these days. In season (April - November every 14 days on Saturday or Sunday). The focus is on Mon.-Sat. lie.
