The demand for renewable energy continues to grow, and we are looking for more colleagues to join our team and help us contribute to a stable and sustainable energy supply. Working closely with our customers, we deliver projects around the world, primarily within offshore wind.

Your primary tasks will be

  • Travel to different sites offshore
  • Install high voltage cables in wind turbines (once you are fully HV trained)
  • Connect cables, switchgear and transformers (once you are fully HV trained)
  • Test installations on site (once you are fully HV trained)
  • Support installation, commissioning and other project-related activities as required

Your qualifications and competences

  • Education as an electrician, utility operator, or similar technical background
  • Experience in high-voltage work or as an industrial electrician is preferred
  • Physical fit (able to pass Chester Step Test at minimum “good” level and OGUK medical)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Speak and write English professionally (level B1 or B2)
  • Be able to document previous employment and tasks

Build your career as an HV Technician

Whether you already have HV experience or are looking to develop your career in offshore wind, DELPRO offers a structured pathway towards becoming an HV Technician.

You may initially start as a TT-C, gaining hands-on experience with installation and mechanical tasks while learning from experienced colleagues and building valuable offshore wind experience. During this period, you will become familiar with our working methods, safety culture and project environment.

As you progress, we will support your development through HV training, certifications and practical on-site experience. Our goal is to provide you with a clear development path and the competencies needed to become a qualified HV Technician working on international offshore wind projects.

Please note: To be eligible for this role, you must be able to attend training in Vamdrup, Denmark and start with one of the following cohorts:

  • Team 1: Start/travel date: 18 October | Training: 19-23 October
  • Team 2: Start/travel date: 22 November | Training: 23-27 November
