Work assignments

As part of the kitchen team at Meze Restaurant Stavanger, you will contribute to preparing and preparing food in line with our concept and routines. You work closely with the rest of the kitchen and the service department to ensure good flow and high quality.

Job tasks:

• Preparation and production of dishes

• Preparation of hot and cold dishes

• Contribute to efficient operation during service

• Follow routines for cleaning, hygiene and IK food

• Ensure order and structure at own station

• Contribute to good product handling and less food waste

• Cooperate well with the kitchen and waiters

Working hours will mainly be afternoons, evenings and weekends.
