**About us**
H&A is a company in the area of **leak detection, building drying and damage restoration**. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a **leakage detector / measurement technician (m/f/d)**.
You are on site with our customers, get to the bottom of the cause of water damage and document the damage situation. In addition to the actual leak detection, you will also carry out the necessary drying and renovation measures on site so that further damage processing and planning can be carried out based on your documentation.
**Your tasks**
- Locating leaks and causes of water damage using modern measurement and location technology
- Carrying out moisture measurements on components
- Recording and assessing the damage situation directly on site
- Determination and recording of the necessary drying and renovation measures
- Recording of areas, affected components and work required for further damage processing
- Photo documentation of the damage situation and measurement results
- Creation of structured damage and location reports
- Complete documentation of the measurements and findings carried out
- Coordination with customers and our office team
**You should bring this with you**
- Craftsmanship and technical understanding
- Ideally a technical training, e.g. B. in the area of **HVAC, construction or a comparable trade**
- Good understanding of structural connections and technical work processes
- Experience in leak detection, building drying or damage restoration is an advantage, but not a must
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
- Independent, careful and structured way of working
- Friendly and confident demeanor with customers
- Driving license class B
- Reliability and team spirit
