# Employee for baking / dough making (m/f/d)

### Your tasks:

- You are responsible for preparing dough and operating baking lines, as well as weighing hand additions

- You are responsible for compliance with the specified quality standards within the individual process steps

- You record and save the production data taking into account the HACCP specifications and work instructions

- You carry out specified cleaning work and document it

### Your profile:

- You have completed training as a baker/confectioner/cook (m/f/d) and have already gained initial professional experience, ideally in the food sector

- You have a good technical understanding

- You demonstrate willingness to work shifts (3-shift system)

- You have a strong sense of quality, hygiene and responsibility

- You are characterized by physical resilience, conscientiousness, commitment and personal responsibility

- You have a class B driving license and have good written and spoken German skills (German B1)
