* Trainee program for deputy branch management as a junior branch manager in several branches with a duration of 15 months up to a maximum of 3 years

* Active support of the branch management and assumption of initial management tasks

* Participation in day-to-day business, e.g. B. in inventory management and stock clearance
* Cashier activities and cash accounting

* Completed training, e.g. B. as a salesperson or merchant in retail (m/f/d)
* First professional experience in a management position
* Willingness to work in operational branch business
* High willingness to learn, quick comprehension and reliability
* Enthusiasm for leadership tasks, flexibility and organizational talent
* Lateral entrants, e.g. B. from the catering or hotel industry are welcome
