We are now looking for a driven object specialist for the Education Center, who wants to work closely with both operations and IT.
Job description
Education centers belonging to FoUUi have a hospital-wide responsibility for educational issues. A large part of the work will include the Competence Square (Ping Pong platform), but as future competence needs shift more to strategic data analysis, change management and AI understanding, other platforms and systems can also be included in the work, in both education, development, research and innovation.
The management object Kompetenstorget is a coherent IT support for competence planning and competence development. Kompetenstorget is a support for employees and managers to follow the region's process for strategic competence planning. Kompetenstorget supports the business of creating, administering and following up educational activities such as e-education and physical courses. You act as the link between the business, IT and suppliers and ensure that the systems support processes and working methods in an efficient and secure manner. The work involves, among other things, managing and developing the Competence Square, collaborating with HR, being a support for employees and managers, training within the platform and collaborating with the region's central functions and networks. The position also includes troubleshooting, coming up with solutions and developing and implementing standardized processes.
Qualifications
Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent knowledge that you acquired through solid professional experience
Experience of working with platforms for learning and competence management
Experience in support, problem solving and troubleshooting in web-based systems
Knowledge in data protection
Competence requirements:
Knowledge of Swedish corresponding to at least level C1
Deserving:
Experience in further development of processes for application support
AI and automation understanding
Understanding how different platforms interact and share data
Pedagogical experience
Personal characteristics:
