We are looking for a committed and reliable **nursing specialist (m/f/d)** part-time or full-time for our outpatient care service as soon as possible.

## Your tasks
As a nursing specialist, you will, among other things:
- Carrying out basic and treatment care in the home environment of our clients
- Carrying out medically prescribed treatment care
- Medication administration and medication management
- Carrying out injections
- Compression therapy
- Creation and updating of the SIS and action planning
- Implementation and documentation of care
- Monitoring health status and passing on relevant information
- Communication with relatives, doctors and other people involved in the care
- Implementation of the applicable quality standards and expert standards
## This is what you bring with you
- Completed 3-year training as a nursing specialist, health and nursing assistant, geriatric nurse or a comparable qualification
- Enjoy working with people and treating our clients in an appreciative manner
- Sense of responsibility and independent way of working
- Reliability and team spirit
- Driving license class B
- Willingness to work in outpatient service
