That's what you do with us
* As a Process Data & Analytics Engineer (m/f/d) you create transparency about process performance in order to identify potential for improvement
* To do this, you connect our source systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, RELEX) to Celonis, build data models and optimize them
* To analyze processes, you create and maintain process mining event logs and develop KPI logic using PQL
* In close collaboration with our Global Process Owner (GPO), you model end-to-end processes in Celonis and analyze variants, bottlenecks and deviations
* You will develop dashboards for different stakeholders to visualize and analyze process KPIs and performance trends.
* By tracking realized potential benefits, you can demonstrably demonstrate the added value achieved
This is what you bring with you
* Strong expertise in modeling, integrating and providing large amounts of data from different source systems
* Proven ability to translate technical data structures into understandable business analyzes and decision-relevant insights
* Sound understanding of data models, event logs and process KPIs for mapping and monitoring end-to-end process flows
* Confident handling of SQL, data modeling (STAR schema) and ETL/ELT processes for preparing and processing complex data structures
* Proven competence in carrying out root cause analyzes as well as quantifying optimization potential and business impact
* Confident handling of agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) as well as the ability to iteratively convert requirements into scalable data solutions
