Operational area (VO) Basic project is responsible for Region Skåne's conversions and extensions and runs approximately 600 projects annually with project budgets from approximately one million up to one billion kroner throughout Scania. VO Basprojekt is now looking for two driven, structured and competent project managers with a focus on EL to strengthen our project management units in Malmö and Lund.

JOB DUTIES

We are looking for two committed and structured project managers who want to join and run exciting projects together with our team. With us, you get the opportunity to develop in a varied role where you work closely with experienced project managers and contribute to projects being carried out efficiently and with high quality.

In your role as project manager, you act as the client of EL installation projects. As a project manager, you have overall responsibility for the project regarding time, quality and finances. You initiate, drive and structure your own tasks.

Region Skåne's properties are technology-intensive, so it is required that you have an understanding of technically complex buildings. You carry out cost calculations, preliminary studies and investigations as well as procure consultants and lead their work for the production of request documents. Furthermore, you procure the contract and are responsible for following up the contract until the approved final inspection and are responsible for handing it over to Region Skåne's operating organization.

In your role, you are responsible for and take ownership of the entire progress of the installation project, ensuring resources and the scope of the project so that the right time, quality and economy are contained. You are responsible for ensuring that all laws, regulations and governing guidelines are followed in the construction project in accordance with Region Skåne's Construction Process, and that Region Skåne's procurement rules according to the Public Procurement Act (LOU) are followed.

You are a key person in the contact with the business that provides care in the and surrounding premises where the reconstruction is to take place. As there is usually healthcare activity going on for large parts of and/or around the clock, it is important that you plan in close cooperation with the activity how the reconstruction can be carried out in the best way.

There is travel in the service within parts of Skåne.

We are looking for two project managers for our units in Malmö and Lund. You are either placed in Malmö or in Lund.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have an engineering degree in EL or other education that the employer deems equivalent or that you have equivalent competence acquired through work experience. You have knowledge / experience of technical installations within the professional field of electricity, as well as an understanding of all the building's technical systems and installations. Good computer skills are a necessity in the role and it is required that you have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing. We would like you to be familiar with AB, ABT, ABK, as work with the development of administrative regulations and the procurement of consultants and contractors is part of the service. B driving license is a requirement as there is some travel within Skåne.

If you have also worked with procurement according to LOU, it is meritorious.

In your work, you are self-motivated and structured, which means that you plan your work in advance, organize and prioritize activities in an effective way, and set and keep schedules. Other important qualities are that you are flexible, come up with ideas and are interested in developing our working methods.
