Your tasks

* You take overall responsibility for international customer projects in the industry sector with a focus on logistics weighing systems and lead interdisciplinary teams to mutual project success

* You develop holistic solution concepts for complex system applications and accompany projects from requirements analysis to successful implementation

* You manage all project phases and are responsible for costs, resources, deadlines, risks and project controlling

* You plan and coordinate project activities, carry out kick-offs, track milestones and ensure project success through professional change and stakeholder management

* You coordinate collaboration with customers, international project partners and internal departments and ensure transparent communication

* You advise customers and sales as a competent contact and work with them to develop tailor-made solutions for individual requirements

* You optimize existing processes for implementing customer projects, document project progress and support the further development of future-proof logistics solutions

Your profile

* Education: Completed degree in engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification

* Experience: Several years of professional experience in project management as well as in the conception and implementation of customer projects and the technical management of project teams

* Know-how: Knowledge of logistics systems, automation or conveyor technology is an advantage; Experience in industrial weighing technology is desirable

* Personality: Convincing appearance, strong communication and team skills as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working

* Languages: Fluent written and spoken German and English skills

* Willingness to travel: Willingness to take national and international business trips
