We - Apleona Careconsulting GmbH & Co.KG - are looking for a part-time or full-time project manager (f/m/d) in consulting for our location in Oberhausen - Job ID 26980

This is what you do with us:

* Redesign of the optional accommodation service in acute and rehabilitation facilities

* Planning, implementation and control of projects in the area of consulting

* Carrying out analyzes to record and evaluate the current situation in the healthcare facilities (e.g. service, room facilities)

* Coordination of interdisciplinary teams and resources

* Communication with customers and stakeholders to ensure project goals

* Creation of management reports including earnings forecasts

* Analysis of business processes and development of optimization suggestions

* Accompaniment and support of the hospitals in the implementation of the optimized offer

* Creation of concept, project reports and presentations for management

This is what we want from you:

* Successfully completed studies in the fields of nursing, healthcare, business or a comparable qualification

* Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the consulting area

* Experience in the hospital or consulting sector would be desirable

* Excellent communication skills in German

* Team-oriented working style and high problem-solving skills

* Confident use of MS Excel and Power Point

* Willingness to travel (throughout Germany)
