About the position

As a project manager you will have overall responsibility for planning, coordinating and implementing projects within steel structures. You will be the link between the customer, production, assembly and other partners, and will have a central role in ensuring that the projects are delivered with the right quality, on time and within budget.

With us, you will follow the projects from the conclusion of the contract to the final delivery, and will have the opportunity to influence both work processes and solutions along the way.

Job tasks

• Lead and follow up projects from inception to completion
• Planning and coordination of progress and resources
• Follow-up of project finances and contracts
• Dialogue with customers, suppliers and partners
• Cooperation with calculation, production and assembly
• Follow-up of quality, HSE and project implementation
• Identify and manage risks and changes during the project
• Contribute to continuous improvement of work processes

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are motivated by creating progress, building good relationships and delivering projects with high quality.

We believe you have:

• Experience from project management in construction, industry or steel structures
• Good technical understanding and ability to read technical drawings
• Experience with project finance and contract follow-up
• Good commercial understanding
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to handle several projects and stakeholders at the same time

Technical education is an advantage, but relevant experience can compensate.
