Business area Support and control works with effective internal support and good internal control and control. We develop our operations for a sustainable society. Legal issues, process support, finance, business management, personnel issues, competence supply, IT issues, internal service, procurement and local supply are available in the business area.

The personnel unit is organized into an HR group and a payroll and personnel administrator group that is part of the authority's operational area Support and

control. The unit is a support function for the authority's managers and works with all parts within the HR area.

We are looking for two recruiters with an interest in people, competence provision and recruitment. We welcome both you who have recently graduated in HR and you who have worked with recruitment or other HR-related tasks for some time and want to continue to develop in the area of recruitment and competence provision.

Together with an experienced HR specialist specializing in recruitment and a recruitment administrator, you contribute to building and developing the agency's recruitment work.

Together you will develop the strategic competence supply and ensure a professional, legal and efficient recruitment process.

You will be employed in the role of HR specialist, but will mostly focus on recruitment and competence provision.

The authority is located throughout Sweden and you have colleagues scattered throughout the country, which means that the meetings take place digitally via Zoom, Teams or Skype. Travel for work may occur. Locations can be Örebro or Härnösand.

JOB DUTIES

As a recruiter, you are responsible for providing our recruiting managers with professional and consultative support through all parts of the recruitment process. You work closely with the business and contribute to ensuring a legal, efficient and qualitative recruitment process with a good candidate experience.

In the role, you carry out several recruitment processes in parallel and support managers in their work with, among other things, needs analysis, requirement profile work, advertising, selection, interviews, reference taking and appointment. You work in close collaboration with the recruitment administrator who is responsible for large parts of the administrative coordination.

Since the recruitment function is under construction, you will also be involved in developing working methods, routines and processes in the area.

Other duties within the HR area may occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, personnel science or other education that the employer deems equivalent in combination with relevant work experience.

• Experience of independently carrying out competence-based recruitment processes or having participated in recruitment work as part of HR work.

• Experience of working in digital recruitment systems.

• Good administrative ability and habit of working structured in digital environments.

• Basic knowledge of labor law and the regulations governing government recruitment.

• Ability to express yourself well in speech or sign language in Swedish and in writing.

It is advantageous if you have

• Experience of recruitment within a government authority or other public sector.

• Knowledge of the government recruitment process and the principles of merit and skill.

• Experience in conducting and planning competence-based interviews.

• Experience of occupational psychology tests.

• Experience of Visma Recruit or equivalent recruitment system.
