We are looking for a reliable and efficient cleaner for rental properties in Bergen. You must be quality conscious, independent and flexible. For the right person, there are good opportunities for more responsibility and development to operations manager/day-to-day manager.
What we look for
We are looking for a reliable, punctual and responsible person who has an eye for detail and is concerned with high quality work. You must be able to work independently, be flexible and solution-oriented, and take initiative when needed.
It is an advantage if you have experience in cleaning, hotels, Airbnb or property management, but the most important thing for us is that you are willing to work, structured and reliable. You must be able to communicate in Norwegian or English. Driving license is an advantage.
Work tasks
Cleaning and preparation of apartments between guests
Change and handling of bed linen and towels
Inspection of the apartments before new guests arrive
Replenishment of necessary consumables
Reporting of damage and maintenance needs
Simple practical tasks related to the properties
For the right candidate, the tasks can be extended to:
Planning and coordination of cleaning
Follow-up of other employees
Contact and communication with guests
Coordinating maintenance and craftsmen
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the rental business
We are looking for you as
Is very reliable and punctual
Has an eye for detail and a high standard of cleanliness
Able to work independently
Is flexible with regard to working hours
Is solution-oriented and takes initiative
Can communicate in Norwegian or English
Preferably have experience in cleaning, hotels, Airbnb, property management or similar
Driving license is an advantage.
