You will support our customers in ongoing processing, from order acceptance to invoicing. We are an owner-managed freight forwarding company in Bremerhaven with two of our own halls, focusing on container handling, storage and customs clearance for imports from overseas.

Your tasks:

- Order acceptance and processing of container, warehouse and customs orders

- Creation of offers based on our price lists

- Recording and maintaining orders in our warehouse management system

- Correspondence with customers, shipping companies and overseas partners

- Deadline tracking and coordination with warehouse and scheduling

- Checking incoming invoices and preparing invoicing

Your profile:

- Training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or comparable experience

- Knowledge of sea freight import, container handling or warehouse logistics

- Confident use of MS Office and shipping systems

- Good English for communicating with overseas partners

- Careful, structured way of working
