As a shift leader (m/f/d) you can look forward to a responsible position at our location with a focus on operational control as well as the leadership and further development of a shift team.

Learn more about your new tasks

* Technical and disciplinary management of the shift team including deployment planning, motivation and further development of employees

* Coordination and ensuring operational operations and shift processes at the location

* Planning and control of resources, shift schedules and use of materials in coordination with the site management

* Operational implementation of container changes in the area of gas and chemical supply

* Contact person for customers, superiors and team members for operational and technical questions and disruptions

* Responsibility for administrative and commercial activities (e.g. orders, hourly control, documentation)

* Continuous improvement of occupational safety, quality and efficiency as well as creation and maintenance of work instructions and risk assessments

Show your skills

* Completed technical training (e.g. mechatronics engineer, system mechanic, electronics technician (m/f/d)) or comparable qualification

* Initial management experience or demonstrable experience in the technical guidance of employees desirable

* Several years of professional experience in the operation, maintenance or repair of technical systems

* Organizational strength as well as strong communication and teamwork skills when dealing with employees, customers and interfaces

* Sense of responsibility, assertiveness and a hands-on mentality in day-to-day operations

* Willingness to work shifts and be on call as well as confident use of MS Office and documentation systems
