We are opening a new pub on the pedestrian street in central Malmö. Swedish home cooking and a well-thought-out beer selection — a pub where the food and drink are equally important, and where we want people to come back week after week.

Now we are looking for servers and bartenders who want to be involved from the start.

About the job

You take care of the guests in the dining room and stand at the bar — with us you do both. You work closely with the owner and the kitchen in a small team, which means you get a lot of personal responsibility and a real opportunity to influence how the place works.

Since we are a new place, you will help shape the routines, not just follow them.

We are looking for you as

Likes people and sees the guest before the guest sees you

Have experience in a restaurant or bar — or are a quick learner and really want to learn

Keeps a cool head when full

Is reliable. Arrives on time, takes responsibility for his passport

Speaks Swedish

Deserving

Knowledge of beer. Draft beer, line cleaning, storage, different styles — if you can do this, it weighs heavily with us, the beer is half the concept

Experience of Swedish home cooking or classic pub environment

Training in Responsible Alcohol Serving

Experience of POS systems and reconciliation
