For our customer HENSOLDT Sensors, SimpleXX GmbH is looking for a software developer for the Wetzlar location at the next possible date as part of temporary employment with a takeover option. They sometimes take on the conception, development and maintenance of customer-specific software solutions. You are also responsible for the further development of the service-oriented software architecture. The HENSOLDT Group designs, develops and produces high-end products and integrates complex system solutions from the main product areas of radars and optoelectronic systems, electronic warfare and avionics. **The following tasks await you:**

- Conception, development and maintenance of customer-specific software solutions

- Further development of the service-oriented software architecture

- Development in C++ under Linux and Windows

- Carrying out structured code reviews for quality assurance

- Use of modern software technologies and development tools

- Planning and implementation of software development according to agile principles

**We wish:**

- A completed degree in computer science, software development or a comparable qualification

- Professional experience in the areas of software development, conducting code reviews and quality standards as well as a high level of quality awareness for clean and efficient code

- Knowledge of agile development methods as well as strong communication skills and assertiveness in the technical management and quality control of external service providers and partners

- Ability to work in a team, social skills, analytical thinking and personal responsibility

- Fluent German and English skills

- Tools: C++17, CAN bus, CANopen
