Are you a Specialist Nurse who wants to work near the sea in an archipelago environment? Then we are looking for you at Södra Skärgården's care home. Now there is also a decision up to and including 31/03/2027 on a salary supplement of SEK 2,250 for permanent staff in care and social care in the Södra Archipelago.

In your work as a specialist nurse, you have a key role in developing and ensuring the quality of care and social care work. Through your in-depth competence, you contribute to strengthening the business's working methods and create good conditions for safe, secure and person-centred care and care.

The role means that you combine the daily care work with a special responsibility for supervision, knowledge transfer and business development. You act as a support for employees and managers in matters related to care, reception, documentation and quality work and contribute to the introduction of new employees.

In close collaboration with care recipients, relatives, care supervisors, managers and employees, you work to develop interventions and working methods that promote the individual's health, participation and independence. Through your commitment, you contribute to a learning organization where competence, quality and continuous development are in focus.

As a specialist nurse, you are part of a team with a strong community and contribute to safe and quality care. You get the opportunity to develop in your professional role and make a difference in people's everyday lives.

All social documentation takes place digitally. You who have not previously used the systems used within the City of Gothenburg will receive training in these.

Those we meet need support during the day, evening and weekend. Your working hours are therefore scheduled.

About you

Requirements:

We are looking for you who are a trained nurse and can show the Social Welfare Board's certificate of a protected professional title, or alternatively can show that you were employed as a nurse when the new rules were introduced

Vocational university education of at least 200 points specialization in the elderly, psychiatry or other that the employer deems equivalent

Deserving but not a requirement:

• Work experience

• Basic computer skills (IT skills)
