Lindeberghjemmet is a modern long-term home. 144 residents live with us.

Department 1 24 reinforced places

Department 2 24 sheltered places

Department 3-6 96 somatic places

We want to be a safe and good place to live, and we are therefore concerned with quality in all aspects. We are looking for you who actively listens to big and small challenges, is a good team player, clear and concise in the medical treatment and has good interpersonal skills.

Altogether, the medical cover at the house will be 1.5 man-years.

Work tasks

Investigate, treat and follow up residents.

Medical advice at the long-term home.

Resident and relative interviews.

Guide, teach and inform residents, relatives, employees.

Be part of the professional environment for the Nursing Home Agency's medical service.

Participate in development and improvement work.

Interdisciplinary collaboration with the long-term home's other specialist groups.

Actively contribute to the interdisciplinary collaboration around the resident.

Qualifications

Authorization as a doctor with at least two years of clinical experience.

Expertise in somatics, dementia and mental health.

Completed LIS 1

Completed GP practice in the ALIS course is an advantage

Very good Norwegian oral and written presentation skills equivalent to higher level C1.

Experience from dementia care and/or psychiatry is desirable.

Have good digital skills.

Have good knowledge of the use of documentation tools and quality systems.

According to §5-4 of the Health and Care Services Act, there is a requirement for the position that a valid police certificate, not older than 3 months, is presented before taking up the position.
