Are you a versatile and practical workshop employee who wants to become part of our operations department?
We are looking for you who enjoy varied work tasks and want to contribute to the efficient and smooth running of the municipality's vehicles, machines, equipment and technical installations. The work is carried out both at the workshop at Blåkollen and outside at the municipality's other facilities and workplaces.
Municipal engineering is responsible for the specialist areas of transport, water, drainage, parks and waste disposal. The business has close to 70 employees spread over three departments. We are based in beautiful premises at Fjellhamar. At us, we emphasize innovative thinking, development, good interaction in the professional environment and variety in the work tasks. You will, among other things, work with
- Maintenance, service and repair of the municipality's machines, vehicles and technical equipment.
- Troubleshooting and rectification of mechanical and technical problems.
- Welding and simple production and adaptation tasks if necessary.
- Preparation and follow-up of seasonal equipment.
- Contribute to order, safety and good maintenance at the workshop.
- Other tasks within the municipality's operation and maintenance department as needed.
Qualifications
- Professional certificate in mechanical subjects, agricultural mechanic, construction machine mechanic, car mechanic or similar is desirable. Relevant experience can compensate for missing professional qualifications.
- Experience with service and repair of machines and technical equipment.
- Driving license class B is a requirement. Driver's license class BE and/or C is an advantage.
- Experience with welding is an advantage.
- Desirable with machine driver's license and forklift driver's license.
- Basic digital skills.
