**Your tasks**

- Professional and disciplinary management of a team of several employees in sales and customer service

- Personnel planning, support and development

- Further development and optimization of business processes

- Creating reports

- Communication with management and interface to individual departments within the company

**Your profile**

- ideally a completed degree and several years of professional experience in production, customer service, preferably from other areas

- customer-oriented, structured and sustainable way of working

- Initial experience in managing employees and managing projects is desirable

- You are characterized by resilience, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
