As a Product Leader, you will play a central role in the development and innovation of Remota's products and solutions. You will be responsible for leading development projects from idea to finished product, while at the same time helping to shape the company's strategy for development and innovation. The role involves professional management of development projects and interdisciplinary teams, but not personnel responsibility.

You will work closely with developers, engineers and other professional environments, and contribute to new solutions being developed in line with the company's goals and customers' needs.

Job tasks:

• Lead development projects from idea to finished solution
• Contribute to developing and implementing Remota's strategy for development and innovation
• Identify new opportunities that can strengthen the company's products and competitiveness
• Plan, coordinate and follow up development projects, including resource use, progress and budget
• Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team of developers, engineers and other professionals
• Follow up on new technology and assess solutions that can further develop Remota's products and services
• Establish and develop cooperation with relevant professional environments, educational institutions and other partners
• Contribute to extracting relevant tools for development and innovation
• Work tasks can change in line with Remota's needs and development

Qualifications:

• Relevant education
• Solid experience with product development, technology development or innovation work, preferably from relevant industries
• Good leadership skills and ability to motivate and lead interdisciplinary teams
• Good understanding of development processes and project management
• Ability to identify and assess new technology with potential for further development
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Good oral and written skills in Norwegian and English
