We in Øygarden municipality work actively to adapt to tomorrow's needs and ensure good services for our residents. Sundheimen, located in Skogsskiftet, is a municipal nursing home with a total of 54 beds. There are somatic and dementia wards and round-the-clock care homes. Each department is divided into groups of 8 – 10 patients. 10 out of 20 care homes in the neighboring building are operated by Sundheimen. There are political guidelines for more care homes to be connected to . The users are mainly long-term patients with complex and complex diagnoses.

Work tasks:

  • Healthy care for elderly people
  • Nursing professional tasks and responsibilities
  • Execute leadership when necessary.
  • Look after the patients' individual needs
  • Ensure good documentation in Aidn( new epj. from May 2026)
  • Employ colleagues, students, students and new employees
  • Handle welfare technology solutions
  • Simple laboratory work

Qualifications:

  • Authorization as a nurse/nurse
  • Good oral and written Norwegian skills written
  • Digital competence

Anna:

  • Nurses and specialist nurses on fixed shifts are paid NOK NOK 35,000 per year above the current tariff.
  • The position is part of an annual plan with work 16 weekends per year or long shifts in the annual plan and 12 weekends per year
  • Extra weekend planned in the annual plan on 1 December.   
  • Care workers can be considered for a position
  • Care workers and special care workers on a permanent basis are paid NOK 25,000 per years above the current tariff.
  • In the event of internal promotion, other positions may become relevant and will be assessed by the same applicant pool.
